Hacksaw Gaming's Wicked Grin Slot: Coin Bonuses Inside

Dr. Annelies De Vos · 2026-10-10

Hacksaw Gaming just dropped a new online slot on October 8, 2026, and it's called Wicked Grin. If you're into dark, playful games with a twist, this one might catch your eye. It's built around expanding symbols, coin-based payouts, and not one but two free spins bonuses. Sounds like a lot, right? Let's break it down. ### What Makes Wicked Grin Stand Out? The game's set in a monochrome cartoon world, led by Boney Bill, a grinning skeleton who hangs out next to the reels. It's quirky, a bit eerie, and totally in line with Hacksaw's other titles like Pray for Six and Six Six Six. They've got a knack for mixing spooky fun with solid mechanics. Wicked Grin uses a 5x5 grid and a scatter-pays system. That means you don't need matching symbols on a payline—just land enough scatters anywhere on the reels to win. It's a refreshing change if you're used to traditional slots. ### The Coin Bonus Twist What really sets this slot apart is the coin bonus feature. Coins can appear on the reels, and when they do, they can trigger expanding symbols or boost your payouts. It's not just about spinning and hoping; there's a layer of strategy here that keeps you engaged. And then there are the two free spins bonuses. We don't know all the details yet, but having two distinct modes means more variety. One might focus on expanding symbols, the other on coin collection. Either way, it adds replay value. ### Why This Matters for Players in the US If you're in the US and play at online casinos that accept players from Mexico or other regions, you might see Wicked Grin pop up soon. Hacksaw Gaming has a reputation for quality, so it's worth keeping an eye on. Just remember to check the casino's licensing and payout rates before diving in. Here's a quick rundown of what we know: - Release date: October 8, 2026 - Grid: 5x5 - Pay system: Scatter pays - Features: Expanding symbols, coin bonuses, two free spins modes - Theme: Monochrome cartoon with a skeleton named Boney Bill ### Should You Give It a Spin? If you enjoy slots that mix dark humor with innovative mechanics, Wicked Grin could be a fun addition to your rotation. It's not just another generic slot; Hacksaw seems to have put thought into making it unique. Plus, with coin bonuses and dual free spins, there's enough going on to keep you entertained for a while. Just keep in mind that online slots are games of chance. Set a budget, stick to it, and play for fun. If you're looking for a new slot to try, Wicked Grin might be worth a look when it hits casinos.
